Video Course Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your course purchase. This refund policy is designed to be fair to both learners and our course creators while preventing abuse of our refund system.

This policy covers two types of purchases: Individual Courses and Curated Bundles (pre-packaged course collections).

2. Individual Course Purchases

For courses purchased individually (without bundle discounts):

• Refund Window: 30 calendar days from purchase date
• Progress Limit: Must not have accessed beyond Module 2 (approximately 45-60 minutes of content)
• Processing Fee: 4% non-refundable fee is deducted from the refund amount
• Refund Amount: Price paid by user (after all discounts) minus 4% processing fee

3. Curated Bundle Purchases

Curated bundles are pre-packaged course collections designed by our experts around specific topics or learning paths. These bundles have a fixed number of courses and a fixed price with a standard discount.

3.1 Curated Bundle Characteristics

• Fixed Course Selection: The courses included are predetermined and cannot be modified
• Fixed Bundle Price: Each curated bundle has a set price that reflects the included discount
• Standard Discount: Curated bundles carry a fixed discount (typically 25%) that does not vary based on the number of courses included

3.2 Curated Bundle Refund Terms

• Refund Window: 30 calendar days from purchase date
• Progress Limit: Must not have accessed beyond Module 2 in any course within the bundle
• Processing Fee: 4% non-refundable fee deducted from refund amount
• Refund Type: Full bundle refund only (partial refunds are not available for curated bundles)
• Refund Amount: Price paid by user (after all discounts) minus 4% processing fee

4. Refund Eligibility Requirements

4.1 You ARE Eligible for a Refund If:

• Your request is within the 30-day refund window
• You have not progressed beyond Module 2 in any course being refunded

4.2 You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:

• The refund window has expired
• You have accessed Module 3 or beyond in any course
• The course was purchased during a special promotion with "no refund" terms
• You currently have access to the course at no cost

5. How to Request a Refund

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Purchases."
2. Select the course(s) or bundle you wish to refund.
3. Click "Request Refund" and provide a brief reason (optional).
4. Review the refund amount and confirm.
5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

6. About the 4% Processing Fee

The 4% non-refundable processing fee covers:

• Payment processor transaction fees (which we cannot recover)
• Administrative costs of processing the refund
• Platform infrastructure and support costs
